Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and add the items you wish to buy into the shopping cart.
When you have finished your selection, please submit your shopping cart to us.
In most cases, our system will verify the order automatically, and process your payment on the spot.
In some special cases we will review your order and contact you by phone or email to confirm delivery charges (if any), shipping date and payment details.
Visa and Mastercard: We accept Visa and Mastercard payments directly online, by phone, email or fax.
For security reasons, we can only ship to the address on file with the credit card company.
USA Customers: All credit card charges will be in US dollars for the exact amount shown on your shopping cart.
Canadian customers: All credit card charges will be in Canadian dollars for the exact amount shown on your shopping cart.
Overseas customers: All credit card charges will be in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, the charge will be converted from US$ to your local currency by your card issuer.
Cosplaysupplies.com has NO control over the exchange rate they will use.
Pay-Pal: You will need a (free) Pay-Pal account.
They will process the payment and notify us. See www.paypal.com for more details.
Setting up an account with them only takes a couple of minutes. Process the payment to email@example.com
Money order, draft or cheque by mail: order will be processed when cheque clears. Please contact us for detailed instructions.
Bank transfer: We accept Interac bank transfers from Canadian customers, and SWIFT transfers from European customers.
We will provide you with our banking info if you choose this option.
Halloween season and other deadlines
If you specify a deadline in your order (On time for Halloween, for example) we'll do our very best to meet your deadline,
and will notify you well in advance if we are unable to do so.
We deliver right away any products we have in stock.
For out of stock items we will notify you of the expected delivery date.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you and deliver when available.
You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
USA and Overseas customers will not be charged any tax.
Canadian customers will be charged GST or HST based in their province of residence.
There are no customs fees or duties on orders to USA and CANADA, and no extra taxes besides what's shown in your shopping cart.

Billing and Shopping Cart Calculation Errors
Despite our best efforts when designing this system, calculation errors may appear.
If an order is grossly undervalued due to a database or calculation error, we reserve the right to cancel it,
even if it has been fully paid for. We will of course process a full refund in this case.
Our goal is to keep availability information on site as accurate and up-to-date as possible.
Some data is refreshed in real time, some is updated once a day and other must be consulted manually.
There is a chance (particularly with items marked as Low Stock) that an item may become unavailable after an order is accepted.
In that case we'll contact the customer and look for the best possible alternative.

We follow the guidelines setup by the Credit Card issuers.

Guarantee and Returns Policy
We take great care when preparing orders, and look for products of the best possible quality.
Exchanges will be processed on the event of delivering the wrong item, or delivering a damaged item,
and only apply towards the same original item.
No exchanges for different products, no cash refunds, and no refund of shipping charges.
While we do our best in looking for a delivery service to match your needs, we won't accept returns due to shipments missing a deadline.
Dani's Cosplay Supplies does not disclose buyers' information to third parties.
We'll try to MATCH or BEAT prices from retail stores.
If you see better prices somewhere else, please bring it to our attention.
We'll try our best to beat or match them. In some cases we might not be able to do it,
particularly when a competitor is running a time-limited special sale.
Please bear in mind we are trying to offer the best possible prices year-round instead of time limited offers.
