| Making A Purchase |
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and add the items you wish to buy into the shopping cart.
When you have finished your selection, please submit your shopping cart to us.
In most cases, our system will verify the order automatically, and process your payment on the spot.
In some special cases we will review your order and contact you by phone or email to confirm delivery charges (if any), shipping date and payment details.
Payment methods:
- Visa and Mastercard: We accept Visa and Mastercard payments directly online, by phone, email or fax.
For security reasons, we can only ship to the address on file with the credit card company.
All credit card charges will be in US dollars (for US and overseas purchasers) or CANADIAN dollars (for Canadian purchasers). If your card is in another currency,
the charge will be converted from CDN$ or US$ to your local currency by your card issuer.
Cosplaysupplies.com has NO control over the exchange rate they will use.
- Pay-Pal: You will need a (free) Pay-Pal account.
They will process the payment and notify us. See www.paypal.com for more details.
Setting up an account with them only takes a couple of minutes. Process the payment to dani@cosplaysupplies.com
- Money order, draft or cheque by mail: order will be processed when cheque clears.
Canadian banks take up to 1 month to clear cheques from US banks. (Do NOT mail cash).
When issuing us a US Dollar Draft or Money Order, please make sure to ask for an INTERNATIONAL one.
- Bank transfer: Most banks currently offer web-based Interac bank transfers.
We will provide you with our banking info if you choose this option.
- Pick-up: you can save time and money if you can prepay your order and pick-up at our premises.
You will be notified of our address when the order is ready. We are located in the south-west area of Toronto.

| Halloween season | | If you specify a deadline in your order (On time for Halloween, for example) we'll do our very best to meet your deadline,

If an order is grossly undervalued due to a database or calculation error, we reserve the right to cancel it,

Some data is refreshed in real time, some is updated once a day and other must be consulted manually.

Exchanges will be processed on the event of delivering the wrong item, or delivering a damaged item,
and only apply towards the same original item.
No exchanges for different products, no cash refunds, and no refund of shipping charges.

If you see better prices somewhere else, please bring it to our attention.
We'll try our best to beat or match them. In some cases we might not be able to do it,
particularly when a competitor is running a time-limited special sale.
Please bear in mind we are trying to offer the best possible prices year-round instead of time limited offers.
